I am a former Deputy Headteacher and SENDCO with over 25 years experience of working in schools in the areas of teaching and learning, special educational needs behaviour management and senior leadership. Coupled with over a decade working as an education consultant I am able to offer a wide set of skills based on a range of experiences.

My greatest passion is to champion access to a high quality educational experience for all children and young people both in the classroom and throughout the wider school community. I do this through promoting and helping schools to facilitate effective practice. My ongoing aim is to continue to have a positive impact on the educational outcomes for all children and young people and as a part of her work she strives to do this through the delivery of engaging training programmes. My training style is to encourage people to evaluate their practice in a non threatening way, to develop their skills and to inspire them to ‘have a go’ even if only by making small changes which can then be built upon.
